Processing time
Orders usually ship 2–5 business days after purchase. If an item is made to order or on backorder, its expected ship date is shown on the product page.

How shipping is charged
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and the size and weight of your order. In the United States we ship with USPS and UPS. International orders ship with DHL. You will see all available options and their prices before you pay.

Free local pickup in Little Rock
Local pickup in Little Rock, Arkansas (the Heights area) is always free. Choose "Pickup" at checkout, and I will contact you to set up a convenient time.

International orders
We ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or fees charged by their country. These are not included in our prices or shipping charges and are collected by the carrier or your local customs office.

Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.
